Abstract | 本发明公开了一种全光谱的光伏光热联合系统。该系统包括:聚光分频装置、光伏装置和集热装置,聚光分频装置是由连续或非连续的光谱分频器组成的聚光分频镜面,光伏装置包括光伏电池层和曲面支撑层,光伏电池层位于聚光分频装置和曲面支撑层之间,集热装置设置在聚光分频装置的聚光位置上;聚光分频装置将入射太阳光中为近红外光和紫外光与可见光分离开来,聚光分频装置将近红外光和紫外光反射并聚集到集热装置上,由集热装置吸收并转换为热能,聚光分频装置将可见光照射到光伏电池层,由光伏电池层转换为电能。采用本发明,可以充分利用太阳光全谱的能量,提高整个系统的能量转换效率。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses a full-spectrum photovoltaic and photo-thermal combined system which comprises an optical-focusing frequency division apparatus, a photovoltaic apparatus and a heat-collecting apparatus, wherein the optical-focusing frequency division apparatus is an optical-focusing frequency division minute surface formed by continuous or non-continuous spectrum frequency dividers, the photovoltaic apparatus comprises a photovoltaic cell layer and a curved-surface supporting layer, the photovoltaic cell layer is positioned between the optical-focusing frequency division apparatus and the curved-surface supporting layer, and the heat-collecting apparatus is arranged on the optical-focusing position of the optical-focusing frequency division apparatus. The optical-focusing frequency division apparatus separates near infrared and ultraviolet light in the incident sunlight from visible light, the optical-focusing frequency division apparatus reflects and focuses the near infrared and ultraviolet light on the heat-collecting apparatus, and the heat-collecting apparatus absorbs the near infrared and ultraviolet light and converts the light into heat energy. The optical-focusing frequency division apparatus irradiates visible light onto the photovoltaic cell layer, and the photovoltaic cell layer converts the visible light into electric energy. The full-spectrum photovoltaic and photo-thermal combined system makes full use of the full spectrum energy of sun light, and the energy conversion efficiency of the entire system is improved. |
