Abstract
本发明提供一种C‑四链体脱氧核酶及其制备方法和应用。所述C‑四链体脱氧核酶为C‑四链体与过氧化物酶活性材料组合形成的复合物。其中,C‑四链体由富含胞嘧啶的核苷酸序列折叠组装得到。本发明提供的C‑四链体脱氧核酶相比同浓度的过氧化物酶活性材料,具有更高的催化活性,在催化相同浓度的酶反应底物时,发生反应的速率更快,且具有较好的特异性和灵敏度,是一种制备简单、成本低廉且催化活性好的纳米酶。
Other Abstract
The invention provides a C-quadruplex DNAzyme (i-motif DNAzyme) as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The i-motif DNAzyme is a complex formed by the combination of a C-quadruplex and a peroxidase active material, wherein the C-quadruplex is obtained by folding and assembling a nucleotide sequence rich in cytosine. The i-motif DNAzyme has higher catalytic activity than the peroxidase active material of the same concentration, has a faster reaction rate when catalyzing reactions with enzyme reaction substrates of the same concentration, has good specificity and sensitivity, and is a nano-enzyme which is simple to prepare, low in cost and good in catalytic activity.
