Abstract
本发明公开了一种光调控嗜中性粒细胞在治疗癌症的药物中的应用,其中,所述光调控嗜中性粒细胞在光照条件下表达用于招募并扩增免疫细胞的细胞因子。本发明利用嗜中性粒细胞自身可以被肿瘤招募的能力,通过在嗜中性粒细胞中表达光调控细胞因子系统,在体外验证光控制不同时间及强度下,测定改造后的细胞释放不同细胞因子的水平,以及这些细胞因子对肿瘤细胞的促进或者抑制作用。从而实现人为可控的在肿瘤细胞周边释放细胞因子并招募其他免疫细胞,继而可影响肿瘤的生长和增殖,最终达到改变肿瘤细胞生长微环境的目的。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses application of light controlled neutrophilic granulocytes in medicines for treating cancers. The light controlled neutrophilic granulocytes can express cytokines for recruitingand amplifying immune cells under a light condition. The performance that neutrophilic granulocytes can be recruited by tumors is utilized, a light controlled cytokine system is expressed in the neutrophilic granulocytes and is used for in-vitro verifying that levels of different cytokines released by modified cells and promoting and inhibiting effects of the cytokines on tumor cells can be detected under different times and strengths of light control. Therefore, cytokine releasing and other immune cell recruiting around the tumor cells can be realized in a human-controlled manner, growth andproliferation of tumor cells can be influenced, and the aim of changing the growing microenvironment of the tumor cells can be achieved finally.
