本实用新型公开了一种基于表面等离激元增强的LED光电器件,所述光电器件包括LED芯片,含有量子点和包覆型纳米金属颗粒的光转换层,以及位于光电器件外部的第一封装层,所述光转换层位于所述LED芯片的表面,且光转换层与LED芯片之间可选的包含第二封装层。本实用新型通过将量子点和包覆型金属纳米颗粒引入光转换层中,实现了金属纳米颗粒与量子点之间的局域表面等离增强,当LED芯片为表面具有金属纳米结构的LED芯片时,还可以实现了双重LSPR增强效应,显著提高了光转换效率,在显示照明领域具有广阔的应用前景。

The utility model discloses a LED photoelectric device based on surface plasmon reinforcing, photoelectric device includes the LED chip, contains the light conversion layer of quantum dot and claddingtype metal nanoparticles granule to and be located the outside first encapsulated layer of photoelectric device, light conversion layer is located the surface of LED chip, and the optional second encapsulated layer that contains between light conversion layer and the LED chip. The utility model discloses an in introducing light conversion layer with quantum dot and cladding type metal nanoparticle, realize the local surface plasmon reinforcing between metal nanoparticle and the quantum dot, when having metal nanostructured's LED chip, can also realize dual LSPR enhancement effect for surperficial when the LED chip, shown and improving light conversion efficiency, had wide application prospect in the display lighting field.
