本实用新型提供了柔性热电器件,是在第一柔性基板和第二柔性基板上分别设置图形化电极,然后将多个交错且呈间隔排列组合的N型和P型半导体热电单元分别与第一、第二柔性基板上电极连接,使各N型和P型半导体热电单元构成电串联、热并联结构并夹设于第一、第二柔性基板之间。进一步地,还可在第一柔性基板或/和第二柔性基板上按照N型和P型半导体热电单元电连接区域切割而形成多个隔断,从使柔性热电器件具有多向可弯曲的特性。本实用新型柔性热电器件温度变化而产生的热应力小,可根据热源即时变形为各种不同的形状,与热源的结合度高,且结构简单,成本低廉。柔性基板作为热电元件的载体,还可有效保护热电元件,延长了器件的使用寿命。
