Abstract | 本发明公开了一种线性滑轨,其中,包括中空轨道和在所述中空轨道内滑动的滑块,所述中空轨道的横截面形状为具有偶数条边的多边形,所述中空轨道上开设有支撑口;所述滑块包括主体和沿着所述主体的长度方向排列的至少两个平面支撑轴承,所述平面支撑轴承安装在所述中空轨道对称的两边之间,并且所述平面支撑轴承的直径值小于所述中空轨道上对称的两边的间距值。本申请公开的线性滑轨通过设置平面支撑轴承的直径值比中空轨道上对称的两边的间距值小,从而滑块滑动时与轨道之间留有间隙,在碰到轨道的转弯处或者障碍处时,有空间可以进行调整,使滑块在轨道上移动时可以克服缺陷障碍,容易转弯,增加滑块的灵活度,解决运行不畅的问题。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses a linear sliding rail which comprises a hollow rail and a sliding block sliding in the hollow rail, the shape of the cross section of the hollow rail is a polygon with an even number of edges, and a supporting opening is formed in the hollow rail; the sliding block comprises a body and at least two plane supporting bearings arranged in the length direction of the body, the plane supporting bearings are installed between the two symmetrical sides of the hollow track, and the diameter value of the plane supporting bearings is smaller than the distance value between the two symmetrical sides of the hollow track. According to the linear sliding rail, the diameter value of the plane supporting bearing is set to be smaller than the distance value between the two symmetrical sides of the hollow rail, so that a gap is reserved between the sliding block and the rail when the sliding block slides, space can be adjusted when the sliding block touches a turning position or an obstacle position of the rail, and the defect obstacle can be overcome when the sliding block moves on the rail; the sliding block can easily turn, and the flexibility of the sliding block is improved, and the problem of unsmooth operation is solved. |
