本实用新型涉及一种基于氧化锆陶瓷芯轴的空气静压高速电主轴,包括基座、机壳、芯轴、止推轴承、第一支撑组件、第二支撑组件、冷却组件以及双楔形永磁电机。氧化锆陶瓷质芯轴设置在基座上,止推轴承套接于芯轴。氧化锆陶瓷质芯轴的硬度大、耐磨性好、强度高、密度小、稳定性好。支撑组件设置在机壳的内部,冷却组件设置在支撑组件的外侧。双楔形永磁电机包括两个对称设置的楔形永磁电机单元,具体包括与支撑组件连接的定子组件以及套设于芯轴且整体呈楔形的转子组件。本实用新型能够通过控制每个楔形永磁电机单元实现电主轴动态调节输出功率,同时还能够随动调整轴向磁拉力以抵消电主轴轴向冲击载荷,提高电主轴的轴向承载能力。
Other Abstract
The utility model relates to an air static pressure high-speed motorized spindle based on a zirconia ceramic mandrel. The air static pressure high-speed motorized spindle comprises a base, a machine shell, the mandrel, a thrust bearing, a first supporting assembly, a second supporting assembly, a cooling assembly and a double-wedge-shaped permanent magnet motor. The zirconia ceramic core shaft is arranged on the base, and the thrust bearing is connected to the core shaft in a sleeved mode. The zirconia ceramic core shaft is high in hardness, good in wear resistance, high in strength, small in density and good in stability. The supporting assembly is arranged in the machine shell, and the cooling assembly is arranged on the outer side of the supporting assembly. The double-wedge-shaped permanent magnet motor comprises two wedge-shaped permanent magnet motor units which are symmetrically arranged, and specifically comprises a stator assembly connected with the supporting assembly and a rotor assembly which is arranged on the core shaft in a sleeving mode and is in a wedge shape on the whole. According to the utility model, the output power of the motorized spindle can be dynamically adjusted by controlling each wedge-shaped permanent magnet motor unit, and meanwhile, the axial impact load of the motorized spindle can be counteracted by adjusting the axial magnetic pulling force in a follow-up manner, so that the axial bearing capacity of the motorized spindle is improved.
