Abstract | 本实用新型公开一种发光针织物和针织品,其中,发光针织物包括纬编针织布和光纤,光纤背离纬编针织布的一端形成有用以连接外界光源的连接端,纬编针织布具有呈相对设置的正面和反面,并沿经线方向具有多行线圈,每一行线圈包括编织于正面的正线圈和编织于反面的反线圈,沿纬线方向上正线圈与反线圈连接,正线圈与反线圈之间形成有沿纬线方向延伸的过线通道,定义垂直于正面和反面的方向为第一方向,于纬线方向上,光纤穿设于过线通道内,并由正线圈沿第一方向上靠近反线圈的一侧弯曲连接至反线圈沿第一方向上靠近正线圈的一侧,因此光纤能够通过弯曲实现漏光发光,且无需通过编织形成光纤圈即可实现发光,且能够控制漏光程度。 |
Other Abstract | The light-emitting knitted fabric comprises weft-knitted fabric and optical fibers, a connecting end used for being connected with an external light source is formed at the end, away from the weft-knitted fabric, of each optical fiber, the weft-knitted fabric is provided with a front face and a back face which are oppositely arranged, and the weft-knitted fabric is provided with a plurality of rows of coils in the warp direction. Each row of coils comprises a front coil woven on the front side and a back coil woven on the back side, the front coil and the back coil are connected in the weft direction, a wire passing channel extending in the weft direction is formed between the front coil and the back coil, the direction perpendicular to the front side and the back side is defined as a first direction, and in the weft direction, an optical fiber penetrates through the wire passing channel; the side, close to the reverse coil in the first direction, of the positive coil is bent to be connected to the side, close to the positive coil in the first direction, of the reverse coil, so that light leakage and light emitting can be achieved through bending of the optical fiber, light emitting can be achieved without forming an optical fiber coil through weaving, and the light leakage degree can be controlled. |
