Other Abstract
The invention relates to a flexible extendable nerve electrode and a preparation method and application thereof. The flexible extendable nerve electrode comprises a flexible polymer material, a liquid metal electrode embedded in the flexible polymer material and an insulation material; the liquid metal electrode includes a lead, an electrode site and an external interface end, and the electrode site and the external interface end are respectively located at two ends of the lad; the insulation material covers the lead and the external interface end of the liquid metal electrode. The flexible extendable nerve electrode has good biocompatibility, high conductivity and excellent tensile properties, and these properties can be long-term and stable; the preparation method has the advantages of high machining accuracy, strong design flexibility, simple process, low cost and easy mass production and optimized design of nerve electrodes.
