Abstract | 本申请涉及一种氮掺杂金刚石及其合成方法,属于金刚石晶体的合成技术领域。该合成方法包括:将金刚烷类、C22‑C25烷烃中的至少一种、含氮杂环有机化合物混合得到混合物。将混合物预压成预制坯体。将预制坯体置于金属铂容器中且预制坯体的表面与金属铂容器的内壁接触,在温度不低于900℃,压力不低于10GPa的条件下高温高压处理至少20min。选择具有类金刚石结构的有机物(金刚烷胺)作为金刚石生长的起点,在高温高压下与金属铂配合,烷烃脱氢后倾向于向金刚烷胺靠近,并补充氮源,使最终得到的金刚石晶体中较为均匀地掺杂氮元素,得到氮掺杂的金刚石。使用有机物作为原料,不需要添加触媒,即可制备得到氮掺杂的金刚石。 |
Other Abstract | The invention relates to a nitrogen-doped diamond and a synthesis method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of synthesis of diamond crystals. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: mixing at least one of adamantane and C22-C25 alkanes with a nitrogen heterocyclic ring organic compound to obtain a mixture; pre-pressing the mixture into a prefabricated blank; and placing the prefabricated blank in a metal platinum container, contacting the surface of the prefabricated blank with the inner wall of the metal platinum container, and carrying out high-temperature and high-pressure treatment for at least 20 minutes under the conditions that the temperature is not lower than 900 DEG C and the pressure is not lower than 10 GPa. An organic matter (amantadine) with a diamond-like structure is selected as a starting point for diamond growth and is matched with metal platinum at high temperature and high pressure, alkane tends to approach the amantadine after dehydrogenation, and a nitrogen source is supplemented, so that finally obtained diamond crystals are relatively uniformly doped with nitrogen elements, and the nitrogen-doped diamond is obtained. The nitrogen-doped diamond can be prepared by using organic matters as raw materials without adding a catalyst. |
