Other Abstract | The present invention relates to the use of the compound dCTB in the preparation of drugs for the treatment of cancerous pain, including moderate to severe pain caused by tumor compression or tumor infiltration. The invention discloses for the first time the compound dCTB can realize the function of relieving cancer pain by inhibiting the expression and aggregation of YAP and TAZ proteins in the spinal dorsal horn, and in the treatment process has a strong pertinence, significant efficacy, side effects, low tolerance, for the study of cancer pain treatment strategy provides a theoretical basisfor the preparation of new drugs to treat cancer pain to provide an insertion point. |
