本发明公开了一种吲哚啉酮取代的环己二烯酮肟类化合物,其具有通式Ⅰ的结构或通式Ⅰ的对映异构体、非对映异构体:其中,R1选自烷基、‑CH2CH=CH2、苄基;所述R2选自氢、烷基、烷氧基、卤素、氰基、羟基、氨基、苯基、酯基、醛基、三氟甲基、烯基、炔基、羧基、硝基、酰胺基,n为1~5;所述R3选自氢、烷基、烷氧基、卤素、氰基、羟基、氨基、苯基、酯基、醛基、三氟甲基、烯基、炔基、羧基、硝基、酰胺基,m为1~5。本发明还公开了其合成方法,本发明通过手性磷酸催化的螺氧吲哚和羟胺对映选择性缩合策略,可以高效地获得一类结构新颖多样、立体控制良好的化合物骨架,不仅扩大了轴手性化合物库,而且还为开发新的轴手性骨架奠定了基础。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses an indolinone substituted cyclohexadienone oxime compound, which has a structure as shown in a general formula I or an enantiomer and a diastereomer as shown in the general formula I. In the general formula I, R1 is selected from alkyl,-CH2CH = CH2 and benzyl; r2 is selected from hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, cyano, hydroxyl, amino, phenyl, ester group, aldehyde group, trifluoromethyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, carboxyl, nitryl and acylamino, and n is 1-5; r3 is selected from hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, cyano, hydroxyl, amino, phenyl, ester group, aldehyde group, trifluoromethyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, carboxyl, nitryl and acylamino, and m is 1-5. According to the spirooxindole and hydroxylamine enantioselective condensation strategy catalyzed by chiral phosphoric acid, a compound framework which is novel and diversified in structure and good in three-dimensional control can be efficiently obtained, an axial chiral compound library is expanded, and a foundation is laid for developing a new axial chiral framework.
