Abstract | 本发明提供一种具有双连续多孔结构的量子点薄膜的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将第一嵌段共聚物与第二嵌段共聚物熔融混炼,冷却后得到混合料;(2)将量子点分散于溶剂中,得到量子点分散液,再向量子点分散液中加入步骤(1)得到的混合料,搅拌后去除溶剂得到嵌段共聚物修饰的量子点;(3)将步骤(2)得到的嵌段共聚物修饰的量子点熔融压片,退火后得到具有双连续多孔结构的量子点薄膜。所述制备方法制备得到的量子点薄膜可以充分吸收LED的蓝光,提高量子点荧光薄膜的荧光强度,制备高亮度的超薄量子点荧光薄膜,工艺简单,减少加工成本,实现显示器件的超薄化。 |
Other Abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a quantum dot film with a bicontinuous porous structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) melting and mixing a first block copolymer and a second block copolymer, and carrying out cooling to obtain a mixture; (2) dispersing quantum dots into a solvent to obtain a quantum dot dispersion liquid, adding the mixture obtained in the step (1) into the quantum dot dispersion liquid, carrying out stirring, and removing the solvent to obtain block copolymer-modified quantum dots; and (3) melting and tabletting the block copolymer-modified quantum dots obtained in the step (2), and carrying out annealing to obtain the quantum dot film with the bicontinuous porous structure. The quantum dot thin film prepared by the preparation method can fully absorb blue light of an LED, the fluorescence intensity of a quantum dot fluorescent thin film is improved, and a high-brightness ultrathin quantum dot fluorescent thin film is prepared; and process is simple, processing cost is reduced, and a display device is made ultrathin. |
