本发明实施例提供一种RFID电子标签及其制作方法和系统,该RFID电子标签包括:RFID天线和IC芯片;所述IC芯片的第一端与所述RFID天线的第一端连接,所述IC芯片的第二端与所述RFID天线的第二端连接;所述RFID天线用于接收外部指令,并将所述外部指令发送给所述IC芯片,以及接收所述IC芯片发送的信息,并将所述信息发送出去;所述RFID天线采用的材料包括导电油墨;所述导电油墨包括液态金属、聚乙烯醇溶液以及去离子水,或所述导电油墨包括液态金属、聚乙烯醇溶液以及二甲基亚砜;所述RFID电子标签应用于生物皮肤上或模拟生物皮肤的人工材料上。本发明实施例提供的RFID电子标签及其制作方法和系统,无需封装且具有较好的拉伸性能和耐摩擦性能。
Other Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides an RFID electronic tag and a manufacturing method and system thereof. The RFID electronic tag comprises an RFID antenna and an IC chip. The first end of the IC chip is connected with the first end of the RFID antenna, and the second end of the IC chip is connected with the second end of the RFID antenna; the RFID antenna is used for receiving an external instruction, sending the external instruction to the IC chip, receiving information sent by the IC chip and sending out the information; the manufacturing material of the RFID antenna comprises conductive ink; the conductive ink comprises liquid metal, a polyvinyl alcohol solution and deionized water, or the conductive ink comprises liquid metal, a polyvinyl alcohol solution and dimethyl sulfoxide; the RFID electronic tag is applied to biological skin or artificial materials simulating the biological skin. According to the RFID electronic tag and the manufacturing method and system thereof provided by the embodiment of the invention, packaging is not needed, and the RFID electronic tag has relatively good tensile property and friction resistance.
