| Abstract | 本实用新型提供一种脐带缆钢管预扭装置，包括多个滚轮对，所述多个滚轮对沿待预扭钢管轴向规则排列，相邻的滚轮对之间沿待预扭工钢管周向有方位角差；所述第一对滚轮和最后一对滚轮之间的距离和脐带缆外层钢管的螺旋节距一致；所述滚轮对包括两个上下排列、圆周贴合的滚轮，所述滚轮圆周上设置有圆弧形凹槽，两个滚轮的圆弧形凹槽相对形成圆形通道，所述圆形通道用于容置待预扭钢管，预扭时待预扭钢管从圆形通道中通过。该装置能对钢管进行三维预扭，有效解决了钢管在成缆时的三维预扭问题，以保证脐带缆的成缆制造工艺。 |
| Other Abstract | The utility model provides an umbilical cable steel pipe pre-twisting device which comprises a plurality of idler wheel pairs, the idler wheel pairs are regularly arranged in the axial direction of a steel pipe to be pre-twisted, and azimuth angle differences exist between the adjacent idler wheel pairs in the circumferential direction of the steel pipe to be pre-twisted. The distance between the first pair of rollers and the last pair of rollers is consistent with the spiral pitch of an umbilical cable outer layer steel pipe; the roller pair comprises two rollers which are arranged up and down and are circumferentially attached, arc-shaped grooves are formed in the circumferences of the rollers, the arc-shaped grooves of the two rollers are opposite to form a circular channel, the circular channel is used for containing a steel pipe to be pre-twisted, and the steel pipe to be pre-twisted passes through the circular channel during pre-twisting. The device can perform three-dimensional pre-twisting on the steel pipe, effectively solves the three-dimensional pre-twisting problem of the steel pipe during cabling, and ensures the cabling manufacturing process of the umbilical cable. |
