Abstract | 本发明提供了一种用于解决构件应力集中的亚表面细网结构设计方法,包括如下步骤:(1)获取实体模型和工况,通过分析获取应力集中问题,得到作用域、应力集中系数、以及对于材料的损伤程度的物理性参数;(2)根据步骤(1)获取的工况和应力集中问题,对于应力集中已接近或超过材料承受临界的,或应力集中系数极高的问题,应避开强作用区域,在周围区域以由计算和实验获得的规律分布基于球单元的亚表面细网结构;对于应力集中但低于材料承受临界的问题,在该区域及周边进行亚表面设计,以避免出现应力集中点。本发明的有益效果是:解决外形基本定型的大型机械构件中出现的应力集中问题,同时也实现了在亚表面层面的轻量化设计。 |
Other Abstract | The invention provides a sub-surface fine net structure design method used for solving stress concentration of a member. The method comprises the following steps of (1) obtaining an entity model and a working condition, obtaining a stress concentration problem through analysis, and obtaining an action domain, a stress concentration coefficient, and physical parameters for a damage degree of a material; and (2) for the problem that the stress concentration is already close to or exceeds a critical value of the material, or a stress concentration coefficient is extremely high, avoiding a strong action region according to the working condition and the stress concentration problem obtained in the step (1), and distributing a sphere unit-based sub-surface fine net structure in a surrounding region by a law obtained through calculation and experiments; and for the problem that the stress concentration is lower than the critical value of the material, performing sub-surface design in the region and the periphery to avoid occurrence of stress concentration points. The method has the beneficial effects that the stress concentration problem occurring in the large mechanical member basically fixed in shape is solved and the lightweight design of the sub-surface level is realized. |
