Abstract | 本发明公开了一种盐碱地土壤调理剂及其制备方法和应用,所述盐碱地土壤调理剂是由煤基矿物质颗粒、燃煤电厂烟气脱硫石膏、农林秸秆、风化煤物质制备,其中将农林秸秆与风化煤混合后经水热反应得出一种含有腐殖酸、木醋酸的混合溶液及固态残渣,将固态残渣与煤基矿物质颗粒、脱硫石膏混合,并用含腐殖酸、木醋液的混合溶液对其进行水分调节后,经造粒、干燥后得出颗粒状土壤调理剂。本发明采用“底部垫层+拌施结合”的方法,先通过煤基矿物质垫层,解决地下盐碱水上升以及盐碱地土层中的水分蒸发造成含盐量过高的问题,进一步通过表面施加盐碱地土壤调理剂,进一步改善表层土壤的物理性状和土壤的团粒结构,降低表层土壤的pH值。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses a saline-alkali soil conditioner as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The saline-alkali soil conditioner is prepared from coal-based mineral particles, flue gas desulfurization gypsum of a coal-fired power plant, agricultural and forestry straws and a weathered coal substance, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing agriculture and forestry straws with weathered coal, carrying out a hydrothermal reaction to obtain a mixed solution containing humic acid and wood vinegar, and solid residues, mixing the solid residues with coal-based mineral particles and desulfurized gypsum, carrying out moisture adjustment by using the mixed solution containing humic acid and wood vinegar, and carrying out granulation and drying to obtain the granular soil conditioner. According to the method, a bottom cushion layer and mixing and applying combination method is adopted, the problem that the salt content is too high due to rising of underground saline-alkali water and evaporation of water in a saline-alkali soil layer is solved through a coal-based mineral substance cushion layer, a saline-alkali soil conditioner is further applied to the surface, the physical properties of surface soil and the granular structure of the soil are further improved, and the saline-alkali soil conditioner is applied to the surface of the saline-alkali soil. The pH value of surface soil is reduced. |
