Abstract | 本发明实施例公开了一种电刺激设备和电刺激信号生成方法,该设备包括:控制器用于通过分割被试头部的核磁图像并形成对应的有限元模型,对有限元模型进行电刺激模拟,收集刺激响应,并根据刺激响应和自然启发算法,求解预定目标优化参数对应的优化目标函数,得到帕累托前沿;从帕累托前沿中选取一个帕累托最优解,以生成相应的电刺激信号;电极帽用于接收控制器发送的电刺激信号。本发明实施例通过根据多个限制条件初始化生成粒子群,并基于所需优化的目标优化参数迭代更新,以计算粒子群的帕累托前沿,从而可从帕累托前沿中选取一个帕累托最优解,生成与该帕累托最优解对应的电刺激信号,以完成电刺激,提高优化灵活度。 |
Other Abstract | The embodiment of the invention discloses an electrical stimulation device and an electrical stimulation signal generation method, and the device comprises a controller which is used for segmenting a nuclear magnetic image of a tested head and forming a corresponding finite element model, carrying out the electrical stimulation simulation of the finite element model, collecting a stimulation response, and generating an electrical stimulation signal according to the stimulation response and a natural heuristic algorithm; solving an optimization objective function corresponding to the predetermined objective optimization parameter to obtain a Pareto front; selecting a Pareto optimal solution from the Pareto leading edge to generate a corresponding electrical stimulation signal; the electrode cap is used for receiving an electrical stimulation signal sent by the controller. According to the embodiment of the invention, the particle swarm is initialized and generated according to a plurality of limiting conditions, and the Pareto front of the particle swarm is calculated based on the target optimization parameter to be optimized by iterative updating, so that one Pareto optimal solution can be selected from the Pareto front, and the electrical stimulation signal corresponding to the Pareto optimal solution is generated to complete electrical stimulation.
