Other Abstract	The invention discloses an in-situ culture device for microorganisms in water body. The device comprises a culture unit, and the culture unit comprises a floating frame and a culture bottle; the floating frame comprises a frame body and a floating body, and the floating body is arranged on the outer side wall of the frame body in a lifting mode and used for adjusting the position of the floating body through lifting, so that the culture unit can float on the surface of water; and the culture bottle is arranged in the frame body. According to the in-situ culture device for the water microorganisms, the floating body is arranged on the outer side wall of the frame body in a liftable manner, so that when in use, the position of the floating body can be adjusted through lifting so as to flexibly regulate the floating condition and the immersion depth of the culture unit on the water body, the stability of the culture unit in the water body is improved, and the in-situ culture of microorganisms can be smoothly and stably carried out.
