本发明公开了一种水体微生物原位培养装置,包括培养单元,培养单元包括框和培养瓶;浮框包括框体和浮体,浮体可升降设于框体的外侧壁上,用于通过升降调节浮体的位置实现培养单元漂浮于水体的表面;培养瓶设于框体内。该水体微生物原位培养装置通过在框体的外侧壁上可升降设置浮体,在使用时,可通过升降调节浮体的位置以灵活调控培养单元在水体上的漂浮情况及吃水深度,以提高培养单元在水体中的稳定性,以保证微生物原位培养的顺利稳定进行。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses an in-situ culture device for microorganisms in water body. The device comprises a culture unit, and the culture unit comprises a floating frame and a culture bottle; the floating frame comprises a frame body and a floating body, and the floating body is arranged on the outer side wall of the frame body in a lifting mode and used for adjusting the position of the floating body through lifting, so that the culture unit can float on the surface of water; and the culture bottle is arranged in the frame body. According to the in-situ culture device for the water microorganisms, the floating body is arranged on the outer side wall of the frame body in a liftable manner, so that when in use, the position of the floating body can be adjusted through lifting so as to flexibly regulate the floating condition and the immersion depth of the culture unit on the water body, the stability of the culture unit in the water body is improved, and the in-situ culture of microorganisms can be smoothly and stably carried out.
