本实用新型涉及换热设备制造技术领域,公开了一种超长微小螺线管的绕制装置。包括支撑材、绕制芯杆和驱动组件。其中,支撑材能够插入超长微小金属管内,且支撑材的两端均伸出超长微小金属管外,绕制芯杆的一端设有固定槽,超长微小金属管能够卡设于固定槽内,绕制芯杆的长度为150~300mm,绕制芯杆的另一端固定于驱动组件,驱动组件被用于驱动绕制芯杆转动,以使超长微小金属管能够缠绕于绕制芯杆上。支撑材设置于超长微小金属管内,可避免绕制时超长微小金属管出现夹扁、堵塞的情况,而设置上述长度的绕制芯杆,则可避免绕制芯杆在转动时出现偏心摆动,从而影响螺线管的绕制。

Comprising a supporting material, a winding core rod and a driving assembly. Wherein the supporting material can be inserted into the ultra-long tiny metal pipe, the two ends of the supporting material extend out of the ultra-long tiny metal pipe, a fixing groove is formed in one end of the winding core rod, the ultra-long tiny metal pipe can be clamped in the fixing groove, the length of the winding core rod is 150-300 mm, and the other end of the winding core rod is fixed to the driving assembly. The driving assembly is used for driving the winding core rod to rotate so that the ultra-long tiny metal pipe can be wound around the winding core rod. The supporting material is arranged in the ultra-long tiny metal tube, the situation that the ultra-long tiny metal tube is flattened and blocked in the winding process can be avoided, and the winding core rod with the length is arranged, so that the situation that the winding core rod eccentrically swings in the rotating process, and consequently winding of the solenoid is affected can be avoided.
