Abstract | 本发明涉及一种ABX3钙钛矿纳米晶的合成方法及其产品和用途。合成方法包括:将A离子前驱体、B离子前驱体和X离子前驱体在室温下混合并加入到混合极性溶剂中,生长出ABX3钙钛矿纳米晶;其中,A离子包括CH3NH3+、HC(NH2)2+和Cs+中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;B离子包括Pb2+和/或Sn2+;X离子包括Cl‑、Br‑和I‑中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;长链配体包括油酸、油胺和十八烯中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;混合极性溶剂中含有极性质子化溶剂,还含有弱极性溶剂和/或非极性溶剂。此合成方法常温下可快速析出ABX3钙钛矿纳米晶,表面钝化完全,量子产率高,极性溶剂的选择范围广。 |
Other Abstract | The invention relates to a synthesis method of ABX3 perovskite nanocrystals and a product and application thereof. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: mixing an A ion precursor, a B ion precursor and an X ion precursor at room temperature, and adding a mixture into a mixed polar solvent to grow the ABX3 perovskite nanocrystals, wherein A ions include any one or a combination of atleast two of CH3NH3<+>, HC(NH2)2<+> and Cs<+>; B ions include Pb<2+> and/or Sn<2+>; X ions include any one or a combination of at least two of Cl<->, Br<-> and I<->; a long-chain ligand comprises anyone or a combination of at least two of oleic acid, oleylamine and octadecene; the mixed polar solvent contains a polar protic solvent, and further contains a weakly polar solventand/or a non-polar solvent. By the synthesis method, the ABX3 perovskite nanocrystals can be rapidly separated out at room temperature, surface passivation is complete, the quantum yield is high, and the selection range of the polar solvent is wide. |
