本发明公开了一种激光扫描电极结构,所述激光扫描电极结构包括:基底,所述基底的表面设有多个激光扫描电极,所述激光扫描电极的工作区域呈三角形,多个所述激光扫描电极依据所述三角形的顶角大小依次排布。本发明的设计方法多点扫描,采用了多个电极叠加驱动的方式,并且根据二进制排布的方式对电极结构的顶角进行设计,从而进一步提高了激光扫描响应速度,提升了用户体验。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a laser scanning electrode structure. The laser scanning electrode structure comprises a substrate; a plurality of laser scanning electrodes are arranged on the surface of thesubstrate; the working area of each laser scanning electrode is triangular; and the plurality of laser scanning electrodes are sequentially arranged according to the vertex angle of the triangle. According to the design method disclosed by the invention, multi-point scanning is carried out, a mode of superposing and driving a plurality of electrodes is adopted, and the vertex angle of the electrode structure is designed according to a binary arrangement mode, so that the laser scanning response speed is further improved, and the user experience is improved.
