本实用新型提供一种夹具,应用于单晶二维材料制备装置,可以包括:底盘和托板组件,其中,托板组件可以设置在底盘上,底盘可以伸入管式炉中支撑托板组件,托板组件包括间隔设置的多层托板,相邻的两层托板之间设置有支撑轴。本申请提供的技术方案中的夹具具有多层托板,因此,用户可以在该夹具中一次放入多个基底材料,然后,将夹具和基底材料放入管式炉中,这样可以有效的提高用户操作的便利性和单晶二维材料的制备效率。
Other Abstract
The utility model provides a clamp which is applied to a single crystal two-dimensional material preparation device and can comprise a base plate and a supporting plate assembly, the supporting plate assembly can be arranged on the base plate, the base plate can extend into a tubular furnace to support the supporting plate assembly, the supporting plate assembly comprises a plurality of layers of supporting plates which are arranged at intervals, and a supporting shaft is arranged between every two adjacent layers of supporting plates. According to the technical scheme, the clamp is provided with the multiple layers of supporting plates, so that a user can put multiple substrate materials into the clamp at a time, then the clamp and the substrate materials are put into a tubular furnace, and the operation convenience of the user and the preparation efficiency of the single-crystal two-dimensional material can be effectively improved.
