Abstract | 本发明公开了一种转阀及PCR芯片,包括密封件和支撑件。其中,密封件能够发生弹性变形,密封件上设置有连接孔和阀通道。支撑件采用硬质材料制成,支撑件包括连接部和支撑部,连接部固定于支撑部,支撑部远离连接部的一端插设于连接孔。具有一定弹性的密封件,在应用于PCR芯片时,能够有效改善密封性,提高实验的准确度。同时,支撑件通过插接的方式与密封件相配合,能够为密封件提供有效的支撑,确保了转阀能够正常使用。由此,在实际使用时转阀无需再与其它元件进行配合,从而使得转阀在确保具有良好密封性的同时,精简了自身结构。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses a rotary valve and a PCR chip. The rotary valve comprises a sealing piece and a supporting piece, wherein the sealing piece can generate elastic deformation, the sealing piece is provided with a connecting hole and a valve channel, the supporting piece is made of hard materials and comprises a connecting part and a supporting part, the connecting part is fixed to the supporting part, and the end, away from the connecting part, of the supporting part is inserted into the connecting hole. The sealing piece with certain elasticity can effectively improve the sealing performance and improve the experiment accuracy when being applied to the PCR chip. Meanwhile, the supporting piece is matched with the sealing piece in an inserted connection mode, effective supporting can be provided for the sealing piece, and the situation that the rotary valve can be normally used is ensured. Therefore, during actual use, the rotary valve does not need to be matched with other elements, so that the structure of the rotary valve is simplified while the high sealing performance of the rotary valve is ensured. |
