Abstract
本发明公开了一种等离子体辅助电解加工方法及实施装置,该等离子体辅助电解加工方法包括以下步骤:提供直流电源,所述直流电源的正极连接工件,所述直流电源的负极连接工具电极,所述工具电极为棒状结构;将所述工件和所述工具电极置于电解液中;接通所述直流电源,所述直流电源施加的电压在50V以上,利用高加工电压诱导产生的等离子体包裹工具电极表面,等离子体的温度能提高加工效率。同时利用诱导等离子体过程中的气泡扰乱流场环境,强化电解产物排出。本发明的加工方法操作便捷、加工稳定性好,在加工过程中能够消除杂散电流,实现高定域性精密加工,同时保持已加工工件表面光滑。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a plasma-assisted electrolytic machining method and an implementation device thereof. The plasma-assisted electrolytic machining method comprises the following steps that a direct current power supply is provided, the positive electrode of the direct current power supply is connected with a workpiece, the negative electrode of the direct current power supply is connected with a tool electrode, and the tool electrode is of a rod-shaped structure; the workpiece and the tool electrode are placed in an electrolyte; and the direct-current power supply is switched on, the voltage applied by the direct-current power supply is 50 V or above, the surface of the tool electrode is wrapped with plasma generated through induction of high machining voltage, and the machining efficiency can be improved through the temperature of the plasma. Meanwhile, bubbles in the plasma inducing process are used for disturbing the flow field environment, and discharging of electrolysis products is enhanced. The machining method is convenient to operate and good in machining stability, stray current can be eliminated in the machining process, high-locality precision machining is achieved, and meanwhile the surface of a machined workpiece is kept smooth.
