Other Abstract	The invention belongs to the field of biological medicine, and discloses application of Kindlin-2 as a target spot in treatment of osteoporosis and prevention of cancer bone metastasis. Comprising the following steps: (1) application of Kindlin-2 in preparation of a medicine for treating osteoporosis, wherein the medicine targets a Kindlin-2 gene in fat cells or an encoding protein thereof; the medicine is used for down-regulating the expression of Kindlin-2. And (2) application of Kindlin-2 in preparation of a detection reagent for osteoporosis, wherein the detection reagent takes Kindlin-2 as a biomarker for osteoporosis. And (3) application of Kindlin-2 in preparation of drugs for preventing cancer bone metastasis, wherein the drugs target the Kindlin-2 gene in fat cells or the encoded protein of the Kindlin-2 gene. The medicine is high in specificity and small in side effect, and cannot increase the risk of fracture or induce other diseases.
