本发明实施例公开了一种电动拉针装置。该电动拉针装置包括:拉针模块,包括固定夹臂和移动夹臂,待加工玻璃管设置于固定夹臂和移动夹臂之间,所述固定夹臂设置有感测待加工玻璃管受力的力传感器;加热模块,包括加热环和温度传感器,所述加热环设置于固定夹臂和移动夹臂之间用于套设待加工玻璃管,所述温度传感器用于感测加热环的温度;输入模块,用于输入所述待加工玻璃管的参数和针头加工参数;控制模块,用于根据所述待加工玻璃管的参数、针头加工参数、所述加热环的温度和待加工玻璃管的受力来控制所述移动夹臂的移动速度和移动距离对所述待加工玻璃管进行拉伸。本发明实施例实现了准确控制拉针针头的参数。
Other Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses an electric needle pulling device. The electric needle pulling device comprises a needle pulling module, a heating module, an input module and a control module; the needle pulling module comprises a fixed clamping arm and a movable clamping arm, a glass tube to be processed is arranged between the fixed clamping arm and the movable clamping arm, and the fixed clamping arm is provided with a force sensor for sensing the stress of the glass tube to be processed; the heating module comprises a heating ring and a temperature sensor, the heating ring is arranged between the fixed clamping arm and the movable clamping arm and used for sleeving the glass tube to be processed, and the temperature sensor is used for sensing the temperature of the heating ring; the input module is used for inputting parameters of the glass tube to be processed and needle tip processing parameters; the control module is used for controlling the movement speed and movementdistance of the movable clamping arm to stretch the glass tube to be processed according to the parameters of the glass tube to be processed, the needle tip processing parameters, the temperature ofthe heating ring, and the stress of the glass tube to be processed. By means of the electric needle pulling device, the parameters of needle tips during needle pulling are accurately controlled.
