Abstract
本发明公开一种离子热电凝胶材料及其制备方法与热电器件,所述制备方包括步骤:将多糖类化合物与表面活性剂加入到水中,搅拌后,得到混合溶液;将混合溶液加热并搅拌到预设时间后,得到溶胶;将溶胶冷却成型后,得到离子热电凝胶材料。本发明采用具有两亲结构的表面活性剂作为热扩散子,表面活性剂中的疏水离子由于具有强疏水性和离子尺寸较大等特性导致疏水离子在凝胶基体中扩散受阻,进而达到阴阳离子的非补偿性扩散,从而使得离子热电凝胶材料具有较高的热电势,可实现高达43.1mV·K‑1的巨热电势效应。相比于电子型热电材料,本发明制备得到的具有较高热电势的离子热电凝胶材料在小温差范围内即可获得高电势差,十分适合于室温应用。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses an ionic thermoelectric gel material, a preparation method thereof and a thermoelectric device, and the preparation method comprises the steps: adding a polysaccharide compound and a surfactant into water, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution; heating and stirring the mixed solution for a preset time to obtain sol; and cooling and molding the sol to obtain the ionic thermoelectric gel material. According to the invention, the surfactant with an amphiphilic structure is used as a thermal diffusor, and hydrophobic ions in the surfactant have the characteristics of strong hydrophobicity, large ion size and the like, so that the diffusion of the hydrophobic ions in a gel matrix is blocked, and further non-compensatory diffusion of anions and cations is achieved; therefore, the ion thermoelectric gel material has high thermoelectric force, and the giant thermoelectric force effect as high as 43.1 mV.K <-1 > can be achieved. Compared with an electronic thermoelectric material, the ionic thermoelectric gel material with relatively high thermoelectric potential prepared by the invention can obtain high potential difference in a small temperature difference range, and is very suitable for room temperature application.
