Abstract | 本申请提供了一种腔体滤波器调谐方法及调谐装置,属于微波通信技术和滤波器技术领域,腔体滤波器调谐方法包括:准备腔体滤波器;对盖体的与谐振器组件相对应的区域施加朝向谐振器组件的旋压力,以使盖体的与谐振器组件相对应的区域发生朝向谐振器组件方向的塑性形变,以形成塑性形变区域,并使得塑性形变区域与谐振器组件之间的距离达到预设距离。调谐装置包括加载盘、第一动力部以及至少一个加载压头,加载压头与加载盘连接,加载压头偏离加载盘的中轴线;第一动力部与加载盘连接,以使加载盘沿加载盘的中轴线转动,进而使加载压头转动抵压盖体以形成塑性形变区域。本方法和装置旨在解决现有技术中调谐时反复迭代、繁琐的技术问题。 |
Other Abstract | The invention provides a cavity filter tuning method and device, and belongs to the technical field of microwave communication technologies and filters, and the cavity filter tuning method comprises the steps: preparing a cavity filter; and a spinning force facing the resonator assembly is applied to the area, corresponding to the resonator assembly, of the cover body, so that the area, corresponding to the resonator assembly, of the cover body is subjected to plastic deformation facing the resonator assembly to form a plastic deformation area, and the distance between the plastic deformation area and the resonator assembly reaches a preset distance. The tuning device comprises a loading disc, a first power part and at least one loading pressure head, the loading pressure head is connected with the loading disc, and the loading pressure head deviates from the central axis of the loading disc; the first power part is connected with the loading disc so that the loading disc can rotate along the central axis of the loading disc, and then the loading pressing head can rotate to abut against the cover body to form a plastic deformation area. The method and the device aim at solving the technical problems of repeated iteration and complexity during tuning in the prior art. |
