本实用新型提供一种测试介电泳力的装置,其包括光镊测试介电泳力芯片、垂直固定所述光镊测试介电泳力芯片的3D打印夹具以及承载所述3D打印夹具和光镊测试介电泳力芯片的载玻片;所述3D打印夹具包括第一夹具以及和所述第一夹具之间具有间隙的第二夹具,所述光镊测试介电泳力芯片固定在所述第一夹具和第二夹具之间的间隙内。采用本种测试介电泳力的装置对光镊辅助分析芯片内微粒/细胞DEP,实现准确、高效、全面的单个微粒/细胞或者同时多个微粒/细胞的DEP行为的分析,且本装置结构简单和易于制作。
Other Abstract
The utility model provides a device for testing dielectrophoretic force. The device comprises an optical tweezer testing dielectrophoretic force chip, a 3D printing clamp for vertically fixing the optical tweezer testing dielectrophoretic force chip, and a glass slide for bearing the 3D printing clamp and the optical tweezer testing dielectrophoretic force chip, the 3D printing clamp comprises a first clamp and a second clamp, a gap is formed between the first clamp and the second clamp, and the optical tweezer test dielectrophoretic force chip is fixed in the gap between the first clamp and the second clamp. When the device for testing the dielectrophoretic force is used for optical tweezers assisted analysis of DEP of particles/cells in a chip, accurate, efficient and comprehensive analysis of DEP behaviors of a single particle/cell or multiple particles/cells at the same time is achieved, and the device is simple in structure and easy to manufacture.
