| Other Abstract | The invention relates to an embolization agent and a preparation method and application thereof. The embolization agent is non-spherical and has particles in regular shape. The embolization agent hasthe length-diameter ratio of 1.1-100. The embolization agent has smooth surface and uniform particle size, and can penetrate smaller blood vessels compared with a spherical embolization agent. At thesame time, the embolization agent has a larger contact area with the blood vessel wall and can be more stable at the target blood vessel. |
