Abstract | 本发明实施例公开了一种光声显微成像系统及方法,该系统包括光源、光束传输模块、扫描模块、信号采集模块及处理模块;光源用于输出脉冲激光束;光束传输模块用于接收脉冲激光束,并将脉冲激光束传导至扫描模块;扫描模块用于使脉冲激光束聚焦于目标物体的不同位置以激发光声信号;信号采集模块包括多个超声探测器,用于同时采集同一信号源发出的光声信号;处理模块用于接收并处理光声信号,实现目标物体的光声显微成像。本发明实施例提供的技术方案,可提高光声信号的信噪比,进而提高光声显微成像系统对微弱信号的探测灵敏度,且具有结构简单、成本低的优点,此外,该系统还具备兼容其他光声成像模式的潜力,方便与其他光声成像系统整合。 |
Other Abstract | The embodiment of the invention discloses a photoacoustic microimaging system and method. The system comprises a light source, a light beam transmission module, a scanning module, a signal acquisitionmodule and a processing module, wherein the light source is used for outputting a pulse laser beam; the light beam transmission module is used for receiving the pulse laser beam and transmitting thepulse laser beam to the scanning module; the scanning module is used for focusing the pulse laser beam at different positions of a target object so as to excite a photoacoustic signal; the signal acquisition module comprises a plurality of ultrasonic detectors and is used for simultaneously acquiring photoacoustic signals emitted by the same signal source; and the processing module is used for receiving and processing the photoacoustic signals to realize photoacoustic microscopic imaging of the target object. According to the technical scheme, the signal-to-noise ratio of the photoacoustic signals can be improved, the detection sensitivity of the photoacoustic microimaging system to a weak signal is further improved, the system has the advantages of simple structure and low cost,and in addition, the system also has the potential of being compatible with other photoacoustic imaging modes, and is convenient to integrate with other photoacoustic imaging systems. |
