本发明涉及小分子抑制剂的新应用。主要涉及小分子抑制剂在制备抑制霍乱弧菌的药物中的应用,所述小分子抑制剂的化学结构式如式(I)或者式(II)所示:还涉及式(II)所示的小分子抑制剂在制备抑制铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的药物中的应用。与传统技术相比,本发明具备如下有益效果:发明人筛选到针对霍乱弧菌有明显抑菌效果的化学结构式如式(I)和式(II)所示的小分子抑制剂,为霍乱弧菌的抑制提供了新的手段。并且,式(II)所示小分子抑制剂还能杀灭其他多种病原细菌,包括铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。
Other Abstract
The invention relates to a novel application of a small molecule inhibitor. Mainly relates to application of a small-molecule inhibitor in preparation of drugs for inhibiting vibrio cholerae, the chemical structural formula of the small-molecule inhibitor is shown as a formula (I) or a formula (II), and the invention also relates to application of the small-molecule inhibitor shown as the formula (II) in preparation of drugs for inhibiting pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the inventor screens out small-molecule inhibitors with obvious bacteriostatic effect on vibrio cholerae and with chemical structural formulas as shown in the formula (I) and the formula (II), and provides a new means for inhibition of vibrio cholerae. Moreover, the small-molecule inhibitor shown in the formula (II) can also kill other various pathogenic bacteria, including pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.
