Abstract | 本发明涉及超声振动技术领域,提供了一种超声换能器及端面椭圆超声振动系统,超声换能器包括对称设置的第一压电陶瓷堆和第二压电陶瓷堆,二者对应的压电陶瓷片极性相反;第一压电陶瓷堆的第二电极片一与所述第二压电陶瓷堆的第二电极片一相互对称,所述第一压电陶瓷堆的第二电极片二与所述第二压电陶瓷堆的第二电极片二相互对称,从而能够在通入不同信号的条件下,使得不同位置的第二电极片一、第二电极片二对应的压电陶瓷片产生相应的收缩或膨胀变形,从而在换能器的端面形成弯曲振动的复合,进而可在换能器的端面耦合出椭圆振动;超声换能器呈夹心式结构,装配简单、制造成本低。 |
Other Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of ultrasonic vibration, and provides an ultrasonic transducer and an end surface oval ultrasonic vibrating system. The ultrasonic transducer comprises a first piezoelectric ceramic reactor and a second piezoelectric ceramic reactor which are symmetric, and the polarities of piezoelectric ceramic plates which correspond to the first piezoelectric ceramic reactor and the second piezoelectric ceramic reactor are opposite; a second electrode plate I of the first piezoelectric ceramic reactor and a second electrode plate I of the second piezoelectric ceramic reactor are symmetric to each other; a second electrode plate II of the first piezoelectric ceramic reactor and a second electrode plate II of the second piezoelectric ceramic reactor are symmetric to each other, therefore, piezoelectric ceramic plates which correspond to the second electrode plates I and the second electrode plates II at different positions correspondingly shrink or expandunder the condition that different signals are fed, combination of bending and vibrating can be formed on an end surface of the transducer, and oval vibration can be coupled to the end surface of thetransducer; and the ultrasonic transducer has a sandwiched structure, and is simple to assemble and low in manufacturing cost. |
