Abstract | 本实用新型提供了一种动力电池冷却系统,包括具有密闭的容置空腔的电池箱,设于该容置空腔内的电池本体,设于电池箱一侧并可通过气冷的方式调节容置空腔内温度的温度调节装置,还包括用于检测容置空腔内温度的温度检测装置,以及分别电连接于温度调节装置和温度检测装置的控制器。通过将电池本体设于具有密闭的容置空腔的电池箱内,通过温度调节装置采用气冷的方式调节该容置空腔内的温度,在避免液冷技术可能存在的安全隐患的同时,也解决了其成本高、结构复杂的技术问题;通过设置温度检测装置,和分别与该温度检测装置和温度调节装置电连接的控制器,形成一条温度闭环调节回路,从而使电池本体的温度可控,整个系统结构简单且成本低廉。 |
Other Abstract | The utility model provides a power battery cooling system, including the battery box that has inclosed holding cavity, locate the cell ontology in this holding cavity, the empty temperature in the cavity's of holding temperature regulation apparatus is adjusted to the mode of locating battery box one side and accessible air cooling, still including the temperature -detecting device who is used fordetecting the empty temperature in the cavity of holding to and the electricity is connected in temperature regulation apparatus and temperature -detecting device's controller respectively. Through in locating cell ontology the battery box that has inclosed holding cavity, adopt the mode of air cooling to adjust the temperature in this holding cavity through temperature regulation apparatus, in the potential safety hazard of avoiding the liquid cooling technique probably to exist, also solved the technical problem that its is with high costs, the structure is complicated, controller through setting up temperature -detecting device and being connected with this temperature -detecting device and temperature regulation apparatus electricity respectively forms a temperature closed loop control loop to make cell ontology's temperature controllable, entire system simple structure and low cost. |
