本申请属于超弹胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种超弹胶、制备方法以及应用。其中,本申请提供了一种超弹胶,包括弹性本体和在弹性本体表面形成的粘性膜层,弹性本体包括第一高分子,粘性膜层包括第二高分子,且第一高分子交联点之间的分子链长大于第二高分子交联点之间的分子链长,第一高分子的交联点数量高于第二高分子的交联点数量。本申请的超弹胶是一种迟滞低,且粘接强兼顾的胶带,有利于柔性电子器件电信号稳定,比现有的迟滞高、残余应变大的压敏胶(粘弹胶)更适应于疲劳工况,并且能改善柔性电子器件、折叠屏,由于粘弹胶引起的折痕、褶皱等失稳的不良现象。
Other Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of super-elastic glue, and particularly relates to super-elastic glue, a preparation method and application. The super-elastic glue comprises an elastic body and an adhesive film layer formed on the surface of the elastic body, the elastic body comprises a first polymer, the adhesive film layer comprises a second polymer, and the molecular chain length between cross-linking points of the first polymer is larger than that between cross-linking points of the second polymer. The number of crosslinking points of the first polymer is higher than the number of crosslinking points of the second polymer. The super-elastic adhesive provided by the invention is an adhesive tape which is low in hysteresis and strong in adhesion, is beneficial to electric signal stability of a flexible electronic device, is more suitable for a fatigue working condition compared with an existing pressure-sensitive adhesive (viscoelastic adhesive) which is high in hysteresis and large in residual strain, and can improve undesirable phenomena of instability such as creases and wrinkles caused by the viscoelastic adhesive of the flexible electronic device and a folding screen.
