Abstract | 本实用新型属于金属粉末材料制备技术领域,公开了一种金属粉末制备装置。该金属粉末制备装置包括:第一室,其内设有用于熔化金属的熔炼器;第二室;雾化系统,其包括均与第二室顶部连通的第一喷嘴和第二喷嘴,第一喷嘴与第二喷嘴均连接有气源,熔炼器的出口与第一喷嘴对应。本实用新型通过利用第一喷嘴喷出的气体将由熔炼器流出并进入第二室的金属熔体雾化,形成金属液滴,并与第一喷嘴喷出的气体换热形成金属粉末,第二喷嘴喷出的气体进入第二室后,形成能够抑制金属粉末回旋上升的气幕,从而降低了金属粉末与金属液滴的碰撞频率,减少了卫星粉的形成,进而解决了现有气体雾化工艺制备的金属粉末中存在卫星粉现象的问题。 |
Other Abstract | The utility model belongs to the technical field of metal powder material preparation, and discloses a metal powder preparation device. The metal powder preparation device comprises a first chamber and a second chamber, wherein a smelting device for smelting metal is arranged in the first chamber; a second chamber; the atomization system comprises a first nozzle and a second nozzle which are bothcommunicated with the top of the second chamber, the first nozzle and the second nozzle are both connected with an air source, and an outlet of the smelting device corresponds to the first nozzle. According to the utility model, the metal melt which flows out of the smelting device and enters the second chamber is atomized by utilizing the gas sprayed by the first nozzle; forming metal droplets, heat exchange is carried out with gas sprayed by the first nozzle to form metal powder; after the gas sprayed by the second nozzle enters the second chamber, a gas curtain capable of inhibiting the metal powder from rotating and rising is formed, so that the collision frequency of the metal powder and metal liquid drops is reduced, the formation of satellite powder is reduced, and the problem thatthe satellite powder phenomenon exists in the metal powder prepared by an existing gas atomization process is solved. |
