Abstract
本发明公开的一种模具制造方法包括以下步骤:用3D打印的方法打印出包括冷却通道的模仁;加工模仁外表面;在模仁上加工出模腔,冷却通道环绕模腔的内壁;加工出模具组件;及装配模仁及模具组件以形成模具。相较于传统模具制造方法制造出来的形状单一的冷却通道,本发明实施方式的模具制造方法利用3D打印的方法制造出的模仁中的冷却通道的形状,可与模腔的形状配合以完全环绕模腔,从而提升对模腔内待成型材料的降温效果。另一方面,模腔表面的温度得到有效控制,保证了模具的模制成型品质。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a mold manufacturing method. The method comprises the following steps that a mold insert comprising a cooling channel is printed out through a 3D printing method; the outer surface of the mold insert is machined; a mold cavity is machined on the mold insert, and the cooling channel surrounds the inner wall of the mold cavity; a mold assembly is machined; the mold insert and the mold assembly are assembled to form a mold. Compared with a cooling channel which is single in shape and is manufactured through a traditional mold manufacturing method, the shape of the cooling channel in the mold insert manufactured through the mold manufacturing method by means of the 3D printing method can be matched with the shaped of the model cavity so as to completely surround the mold cavity, and the cooling effect on to-be-shaped materials in the mold cavity is improved. In addition, the temperature of the mold cavity surface is effectively controlled, and the molding quality of the mold is guaranteed.
