Abstract	本发明提供了一种金属保护膜及其制备方法。所述金属保护膜包括层叠的至少一层编织纤维，含浸所述编织纤维的基体树脂，以及分散在所述基体树脂中的石墨。所述金属保护膜是通过在金属基体上依次交替铺设编织纤维/树脂复合膜和涂布石墨分散液，然后抽真空、固化的方法制备得到。本发明提供的金属保护膜具有良好的抗冲击、耐磨性和耐久性，可以承受较大的外界冲击、摩擦作用而不发生变形、开裂，可用于齿轮、刹车板、车轨等工作强度较大且不易更换的金属部件的防护。
Other Abstract	The invention provides a metal protective film and a preparation method thereof. The metal protective film includes at least one layer of laminated woven fibers, substrate resin in which the woven fibers are impregnated, and graphite dispersed in the substrate resin. The metal protective film is prepared by alternately laying a woven fiber/resin composite film and coating a graphite dispersion liquid in sequence on a metal substrate, performing vacuuming and performing curing. The metal protective film provided by the invention has good impact resistance, abrasion resistance and durability, can withstand larger external impact and friction without deformation or cracking, and can be used for protection of metal parts which have larger working intensity and are difficult to replace, such asgears, braking vanes and vehicle rails.
