本发明公开了一种具有多向自由度的拉伸蠕变夹头装置及蠕变试验机,该拉伸蠕变夹头装置包括相对设置的上拉伸模组和下拉伸模组,上拉伸模组和下拉伸模组之间设有拉伸试样,上拉伸模组包括由上至下依次配合的上座组件、上滑块和上拉头,上滑块沿第一方向可滑动地与上座组件配合,上拉头沿第二方向可滑动地与上拉头配合。下拉伸模组包括由下至上依次配合的下座组件、下滑块和下拉头,下滑块沿第三方向可滑动地与上座组件配合,下拉头沿第四方向可滑动地与下拉头配合。该具有多向自由度的拉伸蠕变夹头装置允许拉伸试样在与拉伸应力垂直的任意方向上自由移动,从而使得晶体内部各个滑移系上的滑移可以自由进行,不受夹头本身自由度的限制。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a tensile creep chuck device with multiple degrees of freedom and a creep testing machine. The tensile creep chuck device comprises an upper tensile module and a lower tensilemodule which are oppositely arranged, and a tensile sample is arranged between the upper tensile module and the lower tensile module. The upper tensile module comprises an upper base assembly, an upper sliding block and an upper pull head which are sequentially matched from top to bottom, the upper sliding block is matched with the upper base assembly in a sliding mode in a first direction, and the upper pull head is matched with the upper sliding block in a sliding mode in a second direction. The lower tensile module comprises a lower base assembly, a lower sliding block and a lower pull headwhich are sequentially matched from bottom to top, the lower sliding block is slidably matched with the upper base assembly in a third direction, and the lower pull head is slidably matched with thelower sliding block in a fourth direction. The tensile creep chuck device with multiple degrees of freedom allows the tensile sample to freely move in any direction perpendicular to tensile stress, sothat sliding on each sliding system in a crystal can be freely carried out and is not limited by the degree of freedom of the chuck.
