本发明公开了低介电常数的微波介质陶瓷及其制备方法和应用。该微波介质陶瓷由烧结原料在不超过950℃的温度条件下烧结制得,烧结原料包括氟化物,氟化物为a%AF‑b%BF2‑c%CF3‑d%DF4‑e%EF5‑g%GF6;其中,a、b、c、d、e和g均不小于0且a+b+c+d+e+g=100。相比于现有的微晶玻璃或陶瓷的氧化物体系,本申请所公开的微波介质陶瓷直接以氟化物进行低温烧结,最终形成的微波介质陶瓷具有近零的温度频率系数、高品质因数和较低的介电常数,表现出良好的微波介电性能。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a microwave dielectric ceramic with a low dielectric constant as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The microwave dielectric ceramic is prepared by sintering a sintering raw material at the temperature of not more than 950 DEG C, the sintering raw material comprises fluoride, and the fluoride comprises a% of AF-b% of BF2-c% of CF3-d% of DF4-e% of EF5-g% of GF6, wherein a, b, c, d, e and g are all not less than 0, and a+ b+c+d+e+g=100. Compared with an existing oxide system of microcrystalline glass or ceramic, the microwave dielectric ceramic disclosed by the invention is directly subjected to low-temperature sintering with fluoride, and the finally formed microwave dielectric ceramic has a near-zero temperature frequency coefficient, a high quality factor and a relatively low dielectric constant, and shows good microwave dielectric properties.
