Abstract | 本实用新型提供一种微流控芯片以及微流控细胞实验平台,微流控芯片包括基底、电极层图案以及微阱阵列,所述微阱阵列包括具有宽度为第一尺寸的多个第一微阱、具有宽度为第二尺寸的多个第二微阱和具有宽度为第三尺寸的多个第三微阱,所述第一微阱位于所述微流控芯片的上游区域,所述第三微阱位于所述微流控芯片的下游区域,所述第二微阱位于所述第一微阱和第三微阱之间。本实用新型微流控芯片可以捕获不同大小的细胞,当细胞流过微流控芯片时,不同大小的细胞能够被捕获在不同大小的微阱中,实现不同细胞大小的独立分区,得到较为全面的单细胞捕获样本,为下游的细胞尺寸异质性研究提供强有力的支撑。 |
Other Abstract | The utility model provides a micro-fluidic chip and a micro-fluidic cell experiment platform. The micro-fluidic chip comprises a substrate, an electrode layer pattern and a micro-trap array, the micro-well array comprises a plurality of first micro-wells with the width being a first size, a plurality of second micro-wells with the width being a second size and a plurality of third micro-wells with the width being a third size, the first micro-wells are located in the upstream area of the micro-fluidic chip, and the third micro-wells are located in the downstream area of the micro-fluidic chip. The second micro-well is located between the first micro-well and the third micro-well. The micro-fluidic chip disclosed by the utility model can capture cells with different sizes, and when the cells flow through the micro-fluidic chip, the cells with different sizes can be captured in the micro-traps with different sizes, so that independent partition of the cells with different sizes is realized, and a relatively comprehensive single cell capture sample is obtained; and a powerful support is provided for the research of downstream cell size heterogeneity. |
