Abstract | 本发明属于污水处理技术领域,公开了去除污水中非正磷的方法。本发明利用过氧化钙溶解过程中产生双氧水、钙离子、氢氧根离子的特点,分别利用紫外光、超声、电化学催化氧化、臭氧等常用活化方式活化双氧水产生活性自由基,将非正磷氧化为正磷酸根,同时在碱性条件下与钙离子发生反应生成磷酸钙沉淀来回收磷。本申请的方法在不引入新的物质的情况下氧化回收非正磷酸根,不产生二次污染物,且对反应体系的pH要求较低。同时,过氧化钙便于储存与运输,在反应过程中缓慢释放,延长污染物在水中被氧化的时间,同时避免了过量双氧水对自由基的淬灭副作用,从而提高其利用率,节省处理成本。 |
Other Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and discloses a method for removing non-phosphorus in sewage. According to the method, the characteristic that hydrogen peroxide, calcium ions and hydroxyl ions are generated in the dissolution process of calcium peroxide is utilized, and the hydrogen peroxide is activated to generate active free radicals in common activation modes such as ultraviolet light, ultrasound, electrochemical catalytic oxidation and ozone, so that non-orthophosphorus is oxidized into orthophosphate radicals; and reacting with calcium ions under an alkaline condition to generate calcium phosphate precipitate to recover phosphorus. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the non-orthophosphate radicals are oxidized and recovered under the condition of not introducing new substances, secondary pollutants are not generated, and the requirement on the pH value of a reaction system is relatively low. Meanwhile, calcium peroxide is convenient to store and transport and is slowly released in the reaction process, so that the oxidation time of pollutants in water is prolonged, and meanwhile, the quenching side effect of excessive hydrogen peroxide on free radicals is avoided, so that the utilization rate is increased, and the treatment cost is saved. |
