Abstract | 本申请提供了一种峰值功率放大的助力装置及踝关节助力外骨骼,峰值功率放大的助力装置包括固定架、助力弹簧、转动设置于固定架上的转动轴、连接转动轴与助力弹簧的第一助力绳、驱动转动轴转动以使第一助力绳拉伸助力弹簧的助力电机、连接所助力电机与转动轴的离合机构和控制离合机构进行锁定动作与解锁动作切换的驱动机构。在用户的脚蹬地阶段,驱动机构控制离合机构使助力电机与转动轴由相连状态切换成断离状态,助力弹簧便可将非蹬地阶段储存的能量在瞬时集中释放,达到使用小功率助力电机产生较大的峰值功率,并减小了助力电机的重量和尺寸,使踝关节助力外骨骼具有体积小、重量轻、峰值功率高的特性。 |
Other Abstract | The invention provides a power assisting device capable of amplifying peak power and an ankle joint power assisting exoskeleton. The power assisting device for amplifying the peak power comprises a fixed frame, wherein the rotating shaft is arranged on the fixing frame in a rotating mode, the first assisting rope is connected with the rotating shaft and the assisting spring, the assisting motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate so as to enable the first assisting rope to stretch the assisting spring, the clutch mechanism is connected with the assisting motor and the rotating shaft, and the driving mechanism controls the clutch mechanism to switch between the locking action and the unlocking action. In the step of stepping on the ground, the driving mechanism controls the clutch mechanismto switch the power-assisted motor and the rotating shaft from a connected state to a disconnected state; therefore, the assisting spring can release the energy stored in the non-pedaling stage instantaneously in a centralized mode, a small-power assisting motor is used for generating large peak power, the weight and the size of the assisting motor are reduced, and the ankle joint assisting exoskeleton has the advantages of being small in size, light in weight and high in peak power. |
