Abstract | 本发明涉及一种金属有机框架材料及其制备方法和应用,所述金属有机框架材料包括由中心金属离子和有机配体自组装而成的纳米颗粒;所述中心金属离子包括Zr4+和Ti4+,所述有机配体包括卟啉和/或金属卟啉。所述金属有机框架材料的制备方法包括如下步骤:(a)将PCN‑224纳米颗粒、TiCp2Cl2和溶剂混合,反应后得到所述金属有机框架材料。本发明提供的金属框架有机材料中掺杂有钛离子,与锆离子形成双金属离子团簇,能够促进生成大量活性氧从而增强抗菌活性,可以快速有效的杀死细菌,且在激发态下不容易发生聚集或自猝灭,并且以通过其多孔结构促进生物活性氧的方便扩散,细胞毒性小。 |
Other Abstract | The invention relates to a metal organic framework material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The metal organic framework material comprises nanoparticles formed by self-assembly of central metal ions and organic ligands, wherein the central metal ions comprise Zr<4+> and Ti<4+>, and the organic ligand comprises porphyrin and/or metalloporphyrin. The preparation method of the metal organic framework material comprises the following steps: mixing PCN-224 nanoparticles, TiCp2Cl2 and a solvent, and performing a reaction to obtain the metal organic framework material. The metal framework organic material provided by the invention is doped with titanium ions; according to the present invention, the nano-silver and zirconium ions form the bimetallic ion cluster, such thatthe generation of a large amount of the active oxygen can be promoted so as to enhance the antibacterial activity, the bacteria can be rapidly and effectively killed; in addition, aggregation or the self-quenching is not easily generated in the excited state, the convenient diffusion of the biological active oxygen is promoted through the porous structure, and the cytotoxicity is low. |
