Abstract | 本发明涉及制备金属或合金半固态浆料以及非铝硅系铝合金半固态浆料的方法,所述方法为:将金属或合金熔体加入容器中,然后对其进行电磁感应加热处理,频率为500‑1500Hz,待熔体温度下降至半固态温度区间时,得到金属或合金半固态浆料。本发明利用电磁感应的趋肤效应来加热表层浆料,减小浆料内部的温度梯度,解决了流变制浆过程中浆料温度与微观结构不均匀的问题,所得半固态浆料具有高固相含量、浆料温度和微观组织均匀、熔体无污染、装卸浆料方便等优点,尤其适用于非铝硅系铝合金的制备,推动了半固态金属成形技术的工业化生产,具有良好的应用前景。 |
Other Abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing metal or alloy semisolid slurry and non-aluminum-silicon aluminum-alloy semisolid slurry. The method includes the steps that a metal or alloy melt is added into a container, and then is subjected to electromagnetic induction heating treatment, the frequency is 500 Hz to 1,500 Hz, and when the temperature of the melt is reduced to a semisolid temperature interval, the metal or alloy semisolid slurry is obtained. According to the method for preparing the metal or alloy semisolid slurry and the non-aluminum-silicon aluminum-alloy semisolid slurry, surface layer slurry is heated through the skin effect of electromagnetic induction, the temperature gradient inside the slurry is reduced, and the problem that the slurry temperature and a microstructure are uneven in the rheological slurry-preparing process is solved; the obtained semisolid slurry has the advantages of being high in solid phase content, even in slurry temperature and microstructure, free of pollution in melt, convenient to load and unload and the like, and is particularly suitable for preparing non-aluminum-silicon aluminum alloy, industrial production of the semisolid metalforming technology is pushed, and the semisolid slurry has good application prospects. |
