Abstract | 本发明公开了一种聚轮烷准滑环水凝胶及其制备方法与应用。所述聚轮烷准滑环水凝胶的原料包括单体和交联剂,聚轮烷准滑环水凝胶中含有动态键,交联剂包括由含多个羧基的主体分子穿线到聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯链上得到的准轮烷交联剂,所述单体上含有功能基团,所述功能基团与所述羧基产生所述动态键。本发明中的聚轮烷准滑环水凝胶可通过机械训练,使主体分子在PEG链上滑动,通过动态键(如多重氢键)诱导PEG链附近的聚合物链紧密堆积,实现水凝胶中聚合物链的有序排列,经多次重复训练进一步形成纳米微晶区域。因此,本发明中聚轮烷准滑环水凝胶经机械训练后实现力学性能的自我增强,为提高软材料的机械性能提供了一种新的思路,应用前景好。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses polyrotaxane quasi-slip ring hydrogel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. Raw materials of the polyrotaxane quasi-slip ring hydrogel comprise a monomer and a cross-linking agent, the polyrotaxane quasi-slip ring hydrogel contains dynamic bonds, the cross-linking agent comprises a quasi-rotaxane cross-linking agent obtained by threading a host molecule containing a plurality of carboxyl groups onto a polyethylene glycol diacrylate chain, the monomer contains a functional group, and the functional group contains a functional group. The dynamic bond is generated by the functional group and the carboxyl group. According to the polyrotaxane quasi-slip ring hydrogel, through mechanical training, host molecules slide on a PEG chain, close packing of polymer chains near the PEG chain is induced through dynamic bonds (such as multiple hydrogen bonds), ordered arrangement of the polymer chains in the hydrogel is achieved, and a nanocrystalline area is further formed through multiple times of repeated training. Therefore, the polyrotaxane quasi-slip ring hydrogel realizes self-enhancement of mechanical properties after mechanical training, provides a new thought for improving the mechanical properties of soft materials, and has a good application prospect. |
