Abstract | 本发明公开了一种大视场高速光声显微成像装置及方法。该装置包括激光源组件、光束传输组件、光束扫描组件、反射式成像端口组件及计算机。该方法使用片状光纤束传输脉冲激光器发出的纳秒脉冲激光作为激发光,使用微透镜阵列实现光聚焦,同时激发成像区域单个半径上的光声信号,使用线聚焦超声换能器阵列同时探测单个半径上的光声信号,并结合半径旋转扫描方法实现三维成像。通过半径旋转扫描,将光声显微成像的视场扩展至厘米量级;通过光声信号同时激光、同时采集及重建,将成像时间缩短到秒级,同时实现大视场条件下的高速成像,为动物器官尺度光声成像、大动物光声成像提供条件。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses a large-view-field high-speed photoacoustic microscopic imaging device and a large-view-field high-speed photoacoustic microscopic imaging method. The device comprises a laser source assembly, a light beam transmission assembly, a light beam scanning assembly, a reflective imaging port assembly and a computer. According to the method, nanosecond pulse laser emitted by a sheet-shaped optical fiber bundle transmission pulse laser is used as exciting light, light focusing is achieved through a micro-lens array, meanwhile, photoacoustic signals on a single radius of an imaging area are excited, and the photoacoustic signals on the single radius are detected through a line focusing ultrasonic transducer array at the same time; and a radius rotation scanning method is combined to realize three-dimensional imaging. Expanding a view field of photoacoustic microscopic imaging to a centimeter magnitude through radius rotation scanning; the imaging time is shortened to the second level through simultaneous laser, collection and reconstruction of photoacoustic signals, meanwhile, high-speed imaging under the condition of a large view field is achieved, and conditions are provided for animal organ scale photoacoustic imaging and large animal photoacoustic imaging. |
