本发明涉及一种金属基导电多孔传输层的制备方法及其在电解水电池中的应用,至少包括以下步骤:S1、取酚醛树脂或酚醛环氧树脂、分散助剂完全溶解于有机溶剂后,加入金属基导电材料粉末,金属基导电材料粉末均匀分散于有机溶剂中,得到浆料a,树脂与金属基导电材料的质量比为1:18‑22,浆料a中分散助剂的质量分数为1‑5%;S2、取清洗干净的钛毡,钛毡表面刮涂步骤S1得到的浆料a;S3、将刮涂后的钛毡干燥,得到金属基导电多孔传输层。制得的金属基导电多孔传输层克服了表面粗糙、厚度偏差大、平整度不够而导致界面接触电阻较大、性能较低、衰减情况严重和扎破质子交换膜的问题。本发明的技术方案步骤简单,可操作性强,且易于重复。
Other Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a metal-based conductive porous transmission layer and application of the metal-based conductive porous transmission layer in an electrolyzed water battery, and the preparation method at least comprises the following steps: S1, taking phenolic resin or novolac epoxy resin and a dispersing auxiliary agent, completely dissolving in an organic solvent, adding metal-based conductive material powder, uniformly dispersing the metal-based conductive material powder in the organic solvent, and uniformly stirring; the mass ratio of the resin to the metal-based conductive material is 1: (18-22), and the mass fraction of the dispersing aid in the slurry a is 1-5%; s2, taking a cleaned titanium felt, and blade-coating the slurry a obtained in the step S1 on the surface of the titanium felt; and S3, drying the blade-coated titanium felt to obtain the metal-based conductive porous transmission layer. The prepared metal-based conductive porous transmission layer overcomes the problems of large interface contact resistance, low performance, serious attenuation and proton exchange membrane puncturing caused by rough surface, large thickness deviation and insufficient flatness. According to the technical scheme, the method is simple in step, high in operability and easy to repeat.
