一种力传感器、测力装置及末端执行器,其中,力传感器包括弹性体、置于弹性体内并位于第一预设平面的磁性件及置于弹性体内并位于第二预设平面的感应件;第一预设平面与第二预设平面平行间隔设置,弹性体能够受外力作用而变形,使磁性件与感应件相互靠近或相互远离,从而改变感应件所处的磁场位置;感应件用于检测磁场并输出感应电信号。采用磁性件与感应件相互配合的方式,利用弹性体受外力作用能够发生弹性变形的特点,无需借助任何中间转接器件即可测得外力信息;同时,由于传感器具有质地柔顺、耐受性强等特性,有效地提升了传感器的可交互性和环境适应性,使其能够适用于如触觉传感、机器人皮肤、人机交互等需要匹配复杂外形环境或脆弱环境。
Other Abstract
The invention discloses a force sensor, a force measuring device and an end effector, and the force sensor comprises an elastic body, a magnetic part which is disposed in the elastic body and is located on a first preset plane, and an induction part which is disposed in the elastic body and is located on a second preset plane. The first preset plane and the second preset plane are arranged in parallel at an interval, and the elastic body can deform under the action of external force, so that the magnetic piece and the induction piece are close to each other or away from each other, and the magnetic field position of the induction piece is changed; the induction piece is used for detecting a magnetic field and outputting induction electric signals. The magnetic part and the sensing part are matched with each other, and the characteristic that the elastic body can generate elastic deformation under the action of external force is utilized, so that external force information can be measured without any intermediate switching device; meanwhile, due to the fact that the sensor has the characteristics of soft texture, high tolerance and the like, the interactivity and the environmental adaptability of the sensor are effectively improved, and the sensor can be suitable for complex appearance environments or fragile environments needing to be matched such as tactile sensing, robot skin and human-computer interaction.
